About Pastiche
Pastiche Graham is an autism advocate, inspirational speaker, and the author of the soon-to-be-released children’s illustrated book, Pia Pistachio Gets a Job.
As an autistic adult, Pastiche draws from her journey to give voice to the girls who whisper—those often overlooked or misunderstood in the world of autism. Her mission is to empower autism awareness, acceptance, and inclusion, especially with neurodivergent girls who camouflage their struggles just to fit in. She was nationally featured on Undercover Boss, Season 11, Episode 4 on CBS with CEO Linda Chadwick of Rita’s Italian Ice, and has helped create Rita’s groundbreaking diversity initiative training program.
Whether through her powerful storytelling or dynamic presentations, Pastiche challenges stereotypes and inspires inclusion. Her work resonates not only with children but also with families, educators, and community leaders seeking to understand and amplify the voices of autistic individuals.
Pastiche Graham is helping the world see—and hear—those who’ve been too often left in the background. She’s not just advocating. She’s rewriting the narrative.
Groundbreaking. Beacon of hope. Delightful.
Autism in girls is often overlooked because they mask it better than boys, leading to late diagnoses and misunderstood struggles. Pastiche’s book, Pia Pistachio Gets a Job, helps change that by showing the world what girls with autism can achieve. It’s more than a story—it’s a movement toward awareness, inclusion, and empowerment. Every parent, teacher, and employer needs this book on their shelf.
