Kim M. Clark is a dynamic, sought-after inspirational speaker, corporate leadership trainer, nonprofit Founder of Lift Your Gaze, multiple award-winning Publisher of Deep Waters Books,  and author of several award-winning and Amazon Bestselling books:

In addition to her publishing and writing, Kim actively shares her message of hope to stadium-size audiences,  small groups, and one-one mentoring. Continuing her altruistic passion, Kim also speaks to people who have experienced trauma including but not limited to incarcerated through Lift Your Gaze, a registered nonprofit organization and project through The New Horizons Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization. Kim founded this organization in 2019, in which over 10,000 have receive HOPE through LIft Your Gaze's intiatives.   

She has worked with many Fortune 1000 companies such as Neiman Marcus, Merck Pharmaceuticals, Digital Equipment Corp. and as well as expanding startups and mission-based organizations. Kim actively serves within the local church and community organizations.

Additionally, Kim has a Master of Science Degree in Business in Marketing from The Johns Hopkins University and Bachelor of Science Degree in Mass Communications from Towson State University. She enjoyed teaching 400-level marketing classes as an Adjunct Instructor at Goldey-Beacom College in Wilmington, DE. 

Kim has run two marathons despite the angry protests from her knees. She and her family live in sunny Florida and enjoy outdoor sports with their overly-active 105 lbs. yellow lab, who identifies as a lap dog.
